Visiting Golfers Liability Insurance Scheme
The Visiting Golfers Insurance Scheme is similar to the Members Insurance. It provides financial protection to all visiting golfers, to your club, in the event that they are held legally responsible for causing accidental injury to another person whilst participating in any golfing activity. 

The personal liability limit is also £5m. The vast majority of claims made against golfers are for incidents involving wayward golf shots which result in causing accidental damage to someone else’s property. i.e. cars, roof tiles, windows etc.

As with the Members Insurance, insurers will pay for repairs to such damage up to a limit of £10,000 any one claim. Insurers will settle the claim even if the individual golfer who caused the damage cannot be identified. This helps to maintain good relations with the club’s neighbours.
